• Hot tea: Steep 1 teaspoon of lavender flowers in 200–250 ml of hot water (90°C / 194°F or higher) for 3–7 minutes.
• Iced tea: Steep 12 teaspoons in 315 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain, pour into 1 L of cold water, add ice, and sweeten to taste.
• Relaxing bath: Sprinkle a small handful of flowers into hot water for a soothing and fragrant experience.
