Winter Notice – Signature Required

To preserve the quality of your products during the winter season, a signature is required upon delivery. This measure ensures that products are not exposed to unsuitable temperatures.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice card may be left at your door with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

If you prefer that a signature not be required, you may indicate this in the notes section of your order. Please note that without a signature, Bleu Lavande cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage. This option may be appropriate if the parcel can be left in a secure and heated location (e.g., lobby).

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders continue to be shipped as usual. Bleu Lavande works with multiple carriers to ensure reliable and efficient service. The carrier selected may vary from one order to another.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, we recommend first checking its status using your tracking number on the carrier’s website. If you still require assistance, please contact us at info@bleulavande.com and include your name, order number, and shipping address.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (before taxes):

  • 75 CAD or more for deliveries within Canada
  • 75 USD or more for deliveries to the United States

Currency and Billing

Prices displayed on the website may vary automatically depending on the selected shipping country. The billing currency is determined based on the shipping country selected at checkout.

  • Orders shipped within Canada are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Orders shipped to the United States are billed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Pricing applicable to the U.S. market is established under a distinct pricing structure from Canada. Therefore, the amount displayed for a product in the United States does not constitute a currency conversion of the Canadian price. This structure reflects the additional costs associated with cross-border shipping, including customs clearance and import-related fees assumed by Bleu Lavande.

No additional customs duties or import fees will be charged upon delivery for orders shipped to the United States.

Responsibility Regarding Shipping Address

Bleu Lavande will deliver products to the address provided at the time of order. If the address entered is incorrect or incomplete, the customer remains responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipment.

Full payment must be received prior to shipment of the products.

In-Store Pickup

Preparation Time

Most orders are ready for pickup within one to two business days following order confirmation. Preparation times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Order Pickup

  • Pickup Hours: Orders may be collected during the business hours of our Magog boutique.
  • Required Documents: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) along with a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Pickup Process: Please present yourself at the counter of our Magog boutique. A member of our team will assist you in retrieving your order.

Order Holding Period

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the availability notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact the store to request an extension.

Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes are possible before the order is prepared for pickup.

Returns and Exchanges
