Every summer, Bleu Lavande becomes more than just a field in bloom – it transforms into a true haven of relaxation. From late June to August, when the flowers reach full bloom, the fields become the perfect setting for outdoor yoga or meditation. Thanks to Studio Namazé, you can enjoy an experience where every breath is filled with calm, light… and a soothing fragrance.
A moment suspended in nature
Stretching gently, feet rooted in the fresh grass, facing the endless purple horizon… that’s exactly what our outdoor summer yoga and meditation sessions are all about. Offered right in the lavender fields or along our scenic walking trails, these guided sessions invite you to slow down and connect with the present moment.
A multisensory experience
Lavender is well-known for its calming properties, and the environment where it grows only amplifies these benefits. Many studies – and personal experiences – highlight the positive effects of being in nature on stress reduction and mood enhancement.
Practicing yoga or meditation at Bleu Lavande means offering yourself more than just a physical or mental exercise: it’s a full immersion in an environment where everything fosters serenity.
And afterwards?
Extend the moment with a stroll along our trails, sip on lavender lemonade, or simply take time to lie between the rows of flowers. Many visitors also enjoy journaling, sketching, or photographing their experience to anchor the memory even more deeply.
